I am one of five girls. My mom lived through the chaos, and admittedly, probably didn’t have a lot of free time for photographs. While quite a few photographs of us kids - or two or three of us - exist in my family photo collection, I don’t have many of just mom and me until I was an adult. It was then I started to realize that I really needed and wanted to have some of us together – just the two of us. 

Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve had portraits of your family. Maybe you are the one always taking the photos, so you are rarely in them.  I just recently joined this amazing organization, and I am thrilled to be part of their team and the great work they do.
